lemlist's Opportunity definition:
The opportunity represents a potential sale to new or established customers.
Most CRMs consider an opportunity in an email outreach solution as a contact who actually shows interest in an email sent out or responds to your first contact.
In lemlist, you're in charge to decide what is it that you qualify as an opportunity. Is it a Buddy who opened an email? A Buddy who replied? Maybe the Buddy that clicks on the link you included in your email?
How to create an Opportunity with lemlist?
You can create a new opportunity in lemlist depending on the command you give out to lemlist.
In the setup of each campaign, there is an option in the last step to mark when do you want a lead to be turned into an opportunity.
